Please bring back the old formula

I have been using this soap forever. Ran out of my last refill and bought a new one which caused an allergic reaction! I am returning the bottle to the store! Please bring back the old formula! This one is horrible

New formula is terrible

The new formula is TERRIBLE. It dries out my skin after even 1 use, and it smells super strong. I had used the old formula for YEARS. Now I have to find a new soap. So disappointing that they changed the formula.

I thought there was something wrong with my hand soap, not understanding why the 1 bottle of 4 I have in the house smelled bad. Then I checked my refill bottle and saw it was now scented. Thankfully I have only recently refilled the one bottle. Think I'll throw out the refill and find an alternative after the others run out. This new formula smells like cheap perfume and doesn't leave hands soft. Don't bother to tell me how happy you are that I am a long time customer. Note that all the most recent reviews are negative - that says it all!

New version is horrible!

This used to be an amazing product but the new versions is horrible. I have cracks allover my hand after using this only for one day. And the scent is also horrible. I am very disappointed. This has been our go to product for the past 15 years and now we are looking for alternative options!

Perfume allergies

I have been buying this for years because it did not flare up my allergies but this new formula made me extremely sick due to the strong perfume smell . Very disappointed in this change . PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!

Scent too strong now

I've used this Aloe Vera for as long as they've made it. Always bought the big refills. Never any issues. It always had a very light scent that went away quickly. I bought two new pumps of this today, and I cannot use it. The scent is so strong. Why do these manufacturers think that having strong, lingering scents is what everyone wants? So you wash your hands, then have to apply lotion, and you get a horrible, horrible mix of scents. I'm now looking for a pump soap that is gentle and NOT scented. I won't waste money on trying different types of Softsoap. Pretty sure they are all over scented.

Super disappointed long-time customer

I was like the third generation in my family to use this soap. We all have sensitive skin and are sensitive to fragrance. This was the perfect soap to buy in bulk and use in all our bathrooms. The new smell is horrid, I cannot comprehend why they felt the need to change it. Now all their products are scented and despite me looking, there is nothing with this company that I can switch to as an alternative. Will be looking for a new brand going forward and I know my family will be doing the same. Super disappointing.

New formula stinks

I have used this soap for at least 20 years. No more - it stinks.
Please don't suggest your other scents - I want unscented and I want a soap that doesn't dry my skin and is not antibacterial.
