Messed with a good thing

I hate the way it smells now. Will not buy another Softsoap product and I’ve been using this for years. Take a lesson out of Olay’s playbook when they tried adding a smell to their facial sensitive skin moisturizer. They changed it back because of the backlash.

You've lost another customer.

I used to be a loyal customer. These formula changes are absolutely unforgivable. They have an overpowering artificial perfume stench that does not rinse away. Aside from that, this soap now irritates my skin. My hands are red, extremely dry and cracking. If the plan was to save the company money by using cheap, inferior ingredients in your new formulas, you've failed. You will lose money because your loyal customers have been betrayed. I'm not the only one that won't be back. Just take a look at your reviews.

The old formula was great, but not the new one

When I bought a new refill bottle of the Aloe Vera liquid hand soap, I did not notice the label saying it was Fresh Scent. It is too strong . Please bring back the original Aloe Vera hand soap. I do not like having the "fresh scent" on my hands all day. It really stinks.

Don’t get it on your hands!

At a loss how this new formulation came to be. The smell alone would have decimated an army of lab mice! Hopefully these folks return to their senses and gets back to making the soap we’ve enjoyed using for years. In the mean time avoid coming in contact. But if you must, wear gloves!

Terrible new scent

Terrible new scent. I bought this to replace my old aloe vera from soft soap. I’m going to smell linger, but it seems to be leaving my hands chapped. I’m not sure why they had to change the formula

New formula - Fragrance is unbearable

Rating should be zero stars or less! The formula has changed, but the label is the same as the old formula. The fragrance is overwhelming and unbearable. Been buying in refill size forever but will no longer be buying. Very disappointed it was changed!! The soap is also burning my skin and the fragrance lingers and makes me sneeze and my eyes burns.
