Have used for years. Bought it by the gallon. How has Soft Soap not changed the formula back yet. Talk about throwing money away.

I have been a long time user and can no longer use it - I have sensitive skin and scent sensitivities.
I am not sure what has changed but please go back to old ingredients - this one is way too scented - makes me feel sick, headaches and stuff up head right away.

Smell is over whelming. Change it back! The formula is the same with a nauseating scent. Just gross

New Formula 😭

Why would you change something that isn’t broken?! I have extremely sensitive skin and have happily been using this product for YEARS with no issues until I discovered the change in formula and scent. I am not happy and neither is my skin. Reading other reviews, I know I’m not alone. I have eczema on my skin and it flares in the winter and the old formula didn’t interfere with it! Bring it back, please!!!!

Fresh scent stinks

I’ve been buying this soap for years and always loved it. The delicate scent was perfect, you could wash your hands and eat a sandwich without a nauseating scent. No longer. The “fresh scent” makes me looking for a different product that doesn’t smell! And the smell is too strong and lingers way too long! Time to stop using soft soap.

New scent in the aloe Vera hand soap is awful. Will not be buying again. Too bad cause I’ve been buying for years.

My god!!! The new formula is TERRIBLE. Super perfume-type smell and dries my skin out. After using it for 20+ years, will never buy again. I'm sad.
