NEW SCENT and it HORRIBLE. So much fragrance, no longer the lovely scent it had before. DISGUSTING. SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THE SOAP WITH THE FISH DESIGNS. That one is WORSE and NAUSIATING.

New scent ruined a great product

Have used this product for decades. Finally ran out so purchased some refill bottles on sale. The company added a scent without changing anything on the packaging to indicate the change! They ruined this product for me. Why why why do my hands need to smell after I use a soap? To make it worse, the scent smells like rotted citrus fruit to my family
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ever Since you changed The White Bottle “Soothing Aloe” to this “fresh scent” it’s been unusable due to the amount of chemical perfume smell. As a scent sensitive person this is very sad, your soaps used to be the only ones i could use without my hands breaking out in a rash and giving me a headache. Before the revamp….it was the best.

Terrible smell, bring back old formula

I had exclusively bought this hand soap for many years because I am very sensitive to the smell of most other brands. I bought softsoap it in bulk during the pandemic. I wish I had stocked up on the old original formula. This new formula is TERRIBLE! The smell lingers on your skin and it is nauseating!

This hand soap stinks

We have been using Soft soap Soothing Aloe Vera hand soap for many years and loved it. It was great for our sensitive skin and sensitivities to perfumes/scents. Our hands were not dried out by using this soap. Imagine our reaction when we used this new aloe vera fresh scent hand soap. It is very irritating to our skin, our hands are so dry and the scent is very irritating to our allergies. My husband thinks it smells like popcorn! Unless we can find the old formula, we will not be buying soft soap hand soap again. Please note that, other scents are not an option as they are just as bad as the new fresh scent. Please bring back the original formula Aloe vera soothing hand soap!!!

This new scent is horrible! I had been using this forever and loved it, but when you changed the smell I switched to the Target brand, but they recently discontinued it! I am very sensitive to strong perfume smells and this used to have a very light smell—please bring back the old formula!

Still unhappy with the change

I am still very annoyed at the change you made with the soap. At the time I purchased 10 refill bottles to get me through hoping you guys would hear the feedback and change it back to the beloved soap of before. I have gotten down to my last 4 bottles and lo and behold, the old bottles have the new formula in them. The new soap causes physical allergic reactions and nausea in me due to allergies and sensitivities. So, I have no choice but to switch. I am so disappointed. I exclusively bought your soap for my home and carried it with me to other places due to it being safe for my needs. Please reconsider or release a sensitive skin line!
