Why change a good thing???!!! Strong fragrance in new formula is overpowering for those of us with fragrance sensitivity.

HORRIBLE new scent

Agreeing with basically every other review - the new scent is horrible. I have switched to another brand and will no longer be buying this soap.
Hopefully one day they will bring back the regular scent but not holding out much hope.

New cheap scent ruins product

Been buying this stuff in gallons for over a decade. Now they’re adding some scent I’m horribly allergic to. Only CHEAP perfumes do it. Now, trying to get rid of this stuff out of my soap pump has put this execrable smell all over my house and given me a blistering headache. Shame on you guys! What marketing or product guru said, let’s add a smell it doesn’t need, and what brilliant engineering team didn’t test it on people with allergies? All sorts of people are leaving the same review about these products. Means you were either cheap to test it or even research how selected ingredients in the formulation are known to affect some consumers. And if you tell ME to call YOU in your reply, Colgate, after I leave my email below, we know also what you think of customer service.

Bad formula

I can’t stand this new formula. It smells very strong and makes my hands itchy and sensitive. Please bring back your older formulation with the mild scent (or no scent at all would be better). I stopped buying soft soap because of this product change. The old formula was the only one of your products my skin could tolerate.

Absolutely HATE the new overpowering scent. I've used Soft Soap for years but shall be changing to something else as soon as this refill is empty .. sooner rather than later I hope. WHY OHNWHY did you mess with the original mild scent. What a mistake to change.

We have been buying Soft Soap, the Aloe Vera scent, for years and this new scent is awful! My husband can't stand it and wants me find another. Looks like the Original Aloe Vera has been discontinued. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

Maybe I can be the tipping point. So many others on here have complained about the new scent of the Aloe Vera. I think the new scent is awful. It is way too strong and has ruined my opinion of Soft Soap. My household will not be purchasing any more Soft Soap products unless the previous version is brought back. You lost another long time customer.
