horrible new scent

I'm a long term customer who is sensitive to smells. I loved soaftsoap because of the mild scent and it didn't dry out my hands. The new formulas scent is overwhelming and I am forced to throw away my refill order. Please, softsoap, listen to your loyal customers like me and go back to the old scent.

New scent of Aloe hand soap is awful!

I have bought the aloe vera hand soap for years, but the New scent is absolutely terrible. It lingers for a long time and seems more drying to my hands. Also harder to wash off. Never buying this again. Please change back to the old scent!
Cons: Dries Skin, Sticky Residue, Unpleasant Smell

Strong perfume scent

I wasted money on the refill bottle only to learn the scent changed. I loved the aloe vera because the scent was subtle. Now it has a strong perfume scent. Ugh.

Allergic to new scent

I have been buying this product for years due to the gentleness on the skin. The new scent is too strong! I have allergies to strong scents; this soap is making my nose run and causing excessive sneezing. I am now looking for an alternative.

The New Smell Stinks

I have been using this soap for years since it is gentle, moisturizing and had no scent. Now I will have to find new soap since the new scent is overpowering. Not sure why you decided to change a good thing.

This Used to Be Our Favorite Soap. Not Anymore.

We've been using this soap for years and it was our favorite. Not anymore. The smell if awful and way too strong. Our hands don't feel as smooth after using it. They feel dryer than before. We don't be buying this anymore. Please go back to the previous formula and scent.

The New Scent is Horrible

The new scent introduced in the Aloe Vera hand soap is horrible. The only reason I purchase this before is the Aloe Vera and the smell. Now I have to find the soap somewhere else.
