Over Wi-Fi, they work just fine. Remotley accessing the devices is hit and miss. I worked with two different techs and actually sent the first set back, and we still can't get them to work with any regularity. So we have gone back to the old school of the Hide-A-Key

Not worth the hassel

This lock worked for about two months. One day, the outside door knob just stopped connecting with the lock.. leaving us locked out of our house. I have taken it apart and reinstalled it twice.. still doesn’t work. The keypad works great with locking and unlocking.. and we can get into the house if we leave the key in the door. Which defeats the purpose of us even locking it.. This is the second one we have gone through.
Other one had similar issues, but was on our downstairs door. The key just kept spinning around in circles and never engaged with anything..

Horrible lock! Stay away!

I bought these to use with my rental properties and have had 5 of them (out of 7) fail in the past 6 months causing guests to get locked out and then having to find the physical key to open the door. Quality control is horrible with these locks. Stay away!

Mine broke at 14 months. 2 months past warranty. Yale said eat dirt. Cannot believe a company in 2023 conducting business like this. Like the others, they don’t stand behind it
