Room for improvement

Bought my fireplace insert two years ago(fall 2023), and I am just now doing the build out. I love my fireplace however…I spend the extra extra EXTRA money to get that view from the side. I am very disappointed with the side view. The flames are flat on the back of the fireplace so when you look from the side you don’t see any flames. The three side view was not worth the price. The flames are beautiful. My pictures does not do the flames any justice lol

We love the fireplace. Is there a company that specializes in framing Touchstone fireplaces or sell ready made cabinets/support for them. We have a difficult time finding a specialty carpenter. Thank you

This Fireplace is Perfect in Every Way!

I wanted a modern, aesthetically beautiful fireplace to be the focal point of our primary bedroom suite. The Touchstone Sideline Infinity 72 Inch 3-Sided Smart Electric Fireplace exceeded my expectations. Stunningly beautiful and easy to install into the exacting measurements of the fireplace surround I had built. The Roman Clay finish on the fireplace surround compliments the look. This is my second Touchstone fireplace and my first 3-sided. If you've got the space and want to design something beautiful and functional - don't hesitate, purchase the 3-sided fireplace. With the right drywall design, your fireplace can be the 'wow' factor you've been looking for. The Touchstone 3-sided is less expensive than the competition and it had a very natural fireplace ambiance. I could not be more pleased!

Started to make weird noises

The fireplace is amazing looking but unfortunately I’ve been hearing this occasional loud cracking sound when I change the heating level. I’m not sure who to speak to talk about this issue. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to love this fireplace. The rep lady I forget her name Laura Caplazzi was very nice

I have not installed this product it is work in progress, but I do hope to be able to submit in the near future pictures of my finished work with fireplace and all. It looks great and exactly what I was looking for. Stay tuned.
