Wonderful Ambience!

My wife and I both absolutely love the realistic appearance of flames. We use it almost every night. Two issues: 1. The control panel door sticks closed. I have to lift the screen slightly to coax it free. (Sadly, in the confusion of home renovation we’ve misplaced the remote.) 2. The optional crackling fire sound device doesn’t sound much like a fire. We don’t use it. We also purchased two colors of fireplace crystals—but we see no need to use them...The flames look that good! Plan ahead for your electrical needs. The fireplace draws only 2-3 amps for the artificial flames, but as much as 12 amps when selecting high heat. We have the fireplace on a 15 amp circuit and that doesn’t leave much capacity for our entertainment devices. We’ve decided to not use the heater, since it wouldn’t be effective in our open Great Room, anyway.

Excellent fireplace

We created a feature wall in our living room and this fireplace was the perfect thing to create the cozy atmosphere that we wanted. Our room is large, and the 60" size works nicely. I appreciate how quiet the fireplace is, love the remote, and the different color options for the flame is fun. We purchased non-reflective and glad we did as we have very large windows in the room, TV above, and wanted the least reflection possible for the atmosphere. Very pleased with the product. Highly recommend. @citylimitscountryfeel
