A beauty but a few issues…

Luv the look of this insert. The stainless steel frame looks fantastic against the matte black box we built. However, the back of the unit came dented in transport. I also discovered the remote is defective and doesn’t work so waiting for a hopeful replacement. I downloaded the app and will probably use that primarily to operate the unit.

Simply amazing!

This fireplace is simply beautiful to look at, and the functionality is amazing! The flames look very realistic, especially with the logs that are lit from underneath. Honestly, at first glance, you would think it was a gas fireplace. It puts out a good amount of heat, and takes the chill off my living room, which is exactly what I wanted. Also, working with Touchstone has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them. Not only did they assist me with my purchase, they answered my questions immediately, shipped my fireplace right away, and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process.I could not be more pleased with this purchase and with working with this company. Great experience all around!

Simply wonderful. I had my contractor install it as I had some other work done. I love the variety of the flames, colors and the quietness of it. It gives a good ambiance to the room. I had it installed on a brick wall, and it is gorgeous at night.
