This is great! It shipped quickly, everything works great, would recommend. Just give yourself a little extra room for install. Mine was tight as the screw heads weren't accounted for in the finish width on the website.

Beautiful and easy

Easy to install; looks great in our cabin. We use it to keep the chill out and enjoy the realistic flame. Wish there were more color choices, wish there was a temporary display on the front indicating setting (heat hi/lo) when using remote.

At first I had ordered another electric fireplace from a different company but kept second guessing myself so I started looking again. I found this one and fell in LOVE with it! We really enjoy our fireplace and it looks like the real deal and puts off enough heat to notice a difference! I would highly recommend this one!!

Very nice indeed! The heater helps take the edge of a sometimes cool room. The fireplace is very attractive, such a pleasant addition to our home. We enjoy it so much we’re contemplating adding another one in our master bedroom.

We are extremely happy with our fireplace and the whole project! We use our fireplace every time we are in our livingroom. It definitely give the coziness feeling and the whole project lightened up our livingroom. We can't wait for cooler nights so we can turn heating on, Thanksgiving and Christmas will be super special this year.

I really love the design of the fireplace. It really creates a "warm" atmosphere without even using the heat. This was a perfect addition to our living room. I initial had issues with the fireplace but Touchstone was quick to fix the problem. Top notch service!

This fireplace is awesome . Really looks great and works as it should . No issues with easy install into a stone wall. The steel screen was just what I was looking for to prevent glare from a glass front. Highly recommend .
