We just completed our TV wall update and had the unit installed. It was very easy for our stone installer to put in. The template dimensions were perfect. We love the way it looks on our new feature wall. And loving the ease to change all the colors and options!!
We did have our electrician put it on its own circuit, to prevent tripping breakers, by being on the same circuit as the TV and other electronics. Maybe overkill, but better safe than sorry. Love that it just plugs in and didn’t have to be hardwired.
We received it fast and fully intact. It took longer to prepare the wall to install, than it did to receive the delivery.

So far we love our touchstone fireplace! It is a beautiful display and my kids enjoy changing the colors of the flames. It was easy to install. It really looks great in our space.

Just installed this fireplace. Installation was easy. Instructions and remote are pretty intuitive. As far as electric fireplaces go, this one looks pretty realistic. Appears to be good quality for the price. No complaints!
