The Fireplug insert I got is wonderful! It was well packaged and seems very well built. The 4" trim fit perfectly. Installation was easy. 10/10

The best addition to our living room

We have been loving this fireplace. It is such a classic style and it adds so much warmth and character to our living room. The installation was very easy. The flames look real and I love that I can also add the sound of burning fire, to make the whole winter coziness experience more real. The heat also works well and makes the room warmer. If you are looking for an electric fireplace that looks and feel as realistic as possible, this one is an excellent option.

We are loving our new electric fireplace. No more worries about the home smelling up with our original wood burning fireplace.
The crackling sounds could be better, but we aren’t planning on putting it on.
Very realistic looking, and there are definitely many options of colors to choose from.
