Too early to give feedback

I haven’t had the time to install the unit but I appreciate your company helping me to exchange the first one that was too large for the rough opening. I’m sure this one will be fine. Thanks

From start to finish, the purchase experience was awesome…regarding the product itself, it is easy to operate, the remote is well designed… I have never used my fireplace until now and my wife and I are throughly enjoying the ambience the Sideline Fury 50” gives off each cool morning and night…I highly recommend Touchstone products for the ultimate LED fireplace experience…John V.

The Most Realistic Electric Fireplace Ever!
on December 23, 2024

I cannot be more pleased with this fireplace! We have a very small space, which made the idea of adding a fireplace one that I didn't think would happen. But Touchstone made it possible with this slim design! Saving space while not losing function and beauty is an art and Touchstone has mastered it! I also love that this fireplace is wifi compatible which makes it easy to control from my Alexa and the app. Beyond the beauty of the realistic flames this fireplace puts off ample heat despite its small design! My family and I are so excited to have this new addition in our home!
