This fireplace turned out great. Support was great, shipping to Canada was fast. I found this to be the best value for an outdoor electric fireplace. My only complaint would be that the surrounding frame only has a quarter inch of clearance on the top and bottom so plan your opening carefully. For reference in the photo, the fireplace is 50” wide below a 65” tv.

We are so pleased with our new patio fireplace. Great service from the get go. Mr Albert was very patient with me and helped us make the perfect selection.
