I use it for not only loaves but cakes as well and the cleaning is very easy. I think it’s perfect for baked goods and it will definitely be in rotation during the baking season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bread pan. I have made lamb loaf and a blueberry banana bread and both have turned out great. It is the size of a normal bread pan. I love that it is silicone because it makes popping the bread out of the pan so much easier. It take the inside of my banana bread a little longer to cook than normal but still turned out delicious.
