We love it! Works great for the bedroom and some of the upstairs. We needed it when our air went out in the whole house. It is great to have.

Cools well with good airflow and is efficient. Was relatively easy to install. My only issue is it's noisy!

Did all calculations for room size and ordered appropriate size unit for btu number for square footage .Barely cools the room.

We recommend ensuring the airflow isn't restricted and the filter is clean, and disconnecting the air conditioner from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. it is very quiet and the controls are easy to use.
