Fastener is deficient

The watch works fine but the band is fastened by a small nub that easily comes loose. Also difficult to fasten. As others have mentioned, it comes open far too easily. I looked down to check the time one day and it was gone. Really should not be sold this way

Nice watch and experience. Some delayed actions when swimming but works best when dried off, post swimming.

Exceeded Expectations

I was looking for a mid-level fitness tracker reasonably priced to basically count my steps and got a whole lot more with the Amazfit Band 7. The associated Zepp app is awesome. The detail of workouts is excellent. I’m very happy with my choice. There’s nothing I don’t like about this product.

Great watch/tracker – terrible band

Great watch/tracker – terrible band. Absolutely love the watch and tracker. But the band is horrible. I had read several of the reviews about the band design being bad and coming loose and after two months of wearing I can confirm that that is indeed the case. It has a tendency to pop open on its own and you have to be careful to be aware of that so you don’t lose the watch. The only other aspect that annoys me is regarding changing the watch face. If I in advertently rest the Face of the watch and any other surface – table knee etc. for more than a second, it pops up asking me if I want to delete that watch face. Seems like it’s programming flaw to me. You should have more than one to two seconds of being able to lean your arm on something else before it’s asking you if you want to change or delete that watch face. I’ll be doing that love the device.

It is taking me a while to figure things out but my overall experience has exceeded my expectation. The price was very reasonable and the watch does what I bought it for.

Love the watch!

I love this watch, but I would say for any of the amazfit bands you should buy a different band because the original bands fall off easily. I bought a metal band and it stays on unlike the silicone one. I do still use the silicone for water sports though. I would also say that I don’t like that there isn’t heart rate monitoring for swimming so I don’t get any pai once I’ve finished my swim.

I have really enjoyed this product as it makes life a little bit easier when I'm at work I don't feel like my eyes are always on my phone and I'm really a lot more focused on getting up and moving throughout the day.
