[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I have to say this here KitchenAid Bread Bowl w/ Baking Lid is very convenient tool to have in your kitchen. You can mix it all together and leave it where it's at and your done. It makes clean-up easy and with less mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The creative and lovely KitchenAid Bread Bowl and Baking Lid is making bread fun, exciting, enjoyable and baking so easy for me to mix and knead the bread in the Bread Bowl and use on my 4.5/ 5 quart tilt-head KitchenAid Stand Mixer afterward when the dough is right to be placed into the oven the baking lid should be used on top of the bowl. I can slice the bread directly on the lid after it's finish baking and cooling. The Bread Bowl can be used, placed and safe in the freezer, microwave, dishwasher also oven safe to 500°F. I’ll be making a lot of bread for the holiday season this year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love bread but am not a baker. I've discovered the KitchenAid Bread Bowl which makes it so easy to enjoy fresh bread all the time. You can mix, bake and serve your bread all in one accessory. It's fun to experiment with a variety of artisan bread recipes.

Love it!

I just got the bowl a little over a week ago and I baked bread three times already. It is absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I love the fact that you mix, proof and bake in the same bowl. I’ve seen reviewers saying that the dough got stuck or leaked outside the lid. Same thing happened to me first time using it and it was really hard to pry it open. However, when making the bread the second time I realized I had the lid upside down User error! Once I used it correctly, the bread baked beautifully and didn’t get stuck at all. I didn’t even use the parchment paper at the bottom.
I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to make their own bread.

I purchased this from another seller because it is always out of stock on the KitchenAid website. So far I have made three different kinds of gluten free bread and they have all been perfect! The Bread Bowl is a "Must-Have" for all bread makers.

Used it for the first time last night. At the 30-min mark, I had to use a screwdriver to separate the bowl from the lid. Some of the top was stuck to the bowl part when I pulled it away, but not too bad. Then when it was done, it was absolutely glued to the bottom, I had to cut it straight across the bottom to get it off. It was super yummy bread, but a total hassle. I’m going to keep experimenting but I’m not impressed so far. After soaking the base/lid overnight, it wasn’t burnt on the bottom, just thoroughly baked on.

Love the All in One Bowl

I was a bit dubious that it would function as advertised but much to my delight it does! I love being able to bake a loaf using one bowl and the results are really spectacular. Unlike some of the reviewers, my first loaf turned out great. I did use parchment to line the baking lid. I followed the recipe but used French style flour (instead of all purpose) for baking the first couple of loaves and I did add about one-half cup extra flour because it was too wet. My husband would like me to bake the bread that it produces every single day!

Loaf stuck to base

As a very experienced bread baker, I was excited to try this. I used the supplied recipe, a classic boule. Looks lovely, but is firmly stuck to the base; had to cut and scrape to get it off. Tasty with butter, but a disappointment over all. I'll try again with my usual 60% hydration recipe (this one's much higher).
