[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Review for KitchenAid Bread Bowl with Baking Lid. This add on is amazing I love how you can just bake the bread in it. You really don't even need the kitchen aid mixer to use it. Very sturdy and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Bread Bowl with Baking Lid can be used with a 4.5 or a 5 quart tilt-head KitchenAid stand mixer. I like that it can be used as an all in one bowl to mix the dough, knead, and then proof. After, it can also be used to bake in. In order to prevent any sticking on the lid parchment paper can be placed on it. The bread comes out nice with it being crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This would make a nice gift for anyone who likes to make bread.

Great mixing bowl to the oven dish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the KitchenAid Bread bowl for making bread and all I can say is wow! It is amazing. I love that I can mix all of my ingredients in one bowl and stick it into the oven. The bowl is heavy and feels like it is quality made. The bread bowl is easy to clean. I like that I can make bread and then store it in the bowl as well. Overall a great product!

Best all-in-one accessory for creating bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest benefit of the bread bowl is that it is an all-in-one accessory that you can mix in, proof in, and bake in. For someone new to baking who only wants one piece of equipment, this make sense. It works well as mixing bowl and a bread baker. However, I still prefer to use a banneton for the second proofing, which, because it is much shallower than the bowl, allows me to more gently transfer the dough to the lid for baking. Once it gets into the oven, the mixing bowl and lid create the perfect steamy environment to rise (oven spring) and create a crispy crust. Because the bottom of the bread is baking on the lid, the bread slides right off when done. All in all, while I think the product could be improved by making the bowl shallower, it succeeds as an all-in-one accessory for creating tasty, crispy bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bowl because I have been delving into the wide world of baking and saw that it had decent reviews. I was surprised to see that it would lock onto my countertop mixer and could help my automate a lot of kneading. I haven't done much tinkering with my recipes yet, but this seems to be great for any dough that need to be worked. The lid that comes with it is great for proofing the dough during the rise. I'll definitely be tweaking some of my recipes and playing with this bowl a lot over the holidays.

Bought the Bread Bowl for my Christmas present! Couldn't be more satisfied!!!! Had a delicious round loaf in about 1 1/2 hours!!! Easy, quick, artisanal loaf and it was utterly delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed that homemade bread could be so easy. It took almost no time to throw together. It was mostly waiting for the dough to rise. Love the effect of steaming the loaf with the bowl when baking. It was super crunchy and delicious!

I don't have much recipes yet but I will be getting more to use this to make kinds of bread! We have always store bought but now this will be used instead of buying bread from the store!
