[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 69 years, I have never made bread and this was going to be my first time. I couldn’t see how this might work but KitchenAid would not put their name to it if they were not confident. Only receiving the bowl in the last week, I used the recipe that came with the bowl called “Classic Boule”. I started with the preparation and used Himalayan salt instead of Kosher salt (could not find this anywhere) and I don’t believe it made any difference. Mixing the dough all went like clockwork and I was starting to get excited. Followed all instructions and now I would leave it for sixty minutes for the yeast to do its thing. Reading the instructions for the next part, I didn’t realise that after kneading the bread for a short time the bread had to rest again. I wish I could rest like bread rising! After the second rising of 30 minutes, again following instructions, I prepared the bowl with extra flour, but at this point, I might say, it is best to make sure the bowl is clean otherwise residue will stick in the cooking process and can be hard to get off. After placing the bread back in the bowl and this time inverting the bowl, I placed it in my preheated oven for the cooking process. Once the set time was up, I took the bowl off and cooked the bread for a further 10 minutes and you tell me what you think of my bread – refer to picture. I can also vouch for the taste and my family enjoyed it as much as I did!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Artisan bread bowl, best decision I have made. Make bread with the kids is fun and easy and best of all it taste amazing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Invested in the bread bowl as I’ve been more interested in breads - it has been perfect! Proves the dough beautifully, even in cold Canberra days, and bakes so well, keeping moisture in even the most dense breads.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus far, after two attempts, I am a bit underwhelmed by the bowl. I tried to follow the recipe to the letter first time and had a very low, dense bread. The second time I warmed the bowl in my oven's proof temp before mixing then back in to oven after mixing for proofing and had a bit better result, but still far short of the rave results that I had read. I had read that people had trouble separating the bowl from the lid after baking, so far, I have had no such problems. I had bought fresh yeast and used bakers flour, but got a very thick short loaf. The jury is still out. Thus far pretty disappointed.
Easy to use just be careful after baking not to pu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the bread bo we three weeks ago I have made the cinnamon scroll which was amazing. Took some to my neighbours and they loved it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and have made several loaves of bread. It is so easy! Mix, proof and bake all in the one container. The loaves are huge and there is nothing better than freshly baked bread. Sorry I didnt take a photo the bread didnt last long enough too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bread bowl works so well, and only one container to clean. The lid helps with the proving, and then serves as the baking tray. It really does what it says on the box, and the loaf has a crisp crust and soft chewy interior. An excellent buy!
