Possibly a design issue, bowl was to heavy for mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself for Xmas and apon using it today I put it on with a bioche dough, I locked it securely in place and as it began kneading the mixer was moving up and down and i thought it was wobbling a bit too much, i double checked it was securely in place and locked down which it was. I walked to the fridge and started pulling out the additional ingredients and as I turned around the whole mixer moved and fell off the bench and the bowl smashed into peices on the floor. I was really confused and put the standard kitchen aid bowl attachment on and kept kneading with the salvaged dough and it kneaded completely fine. I was pretty disappointed that the bowl is now destroyed when I had high hopes. I was also now worried that my mixer could have damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Creates a perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my partner for Christmas and we loved it. The instructions were easy to follow and tasted perfect. The size was great to feed a group of 4-6 people and the recipe was simple and 3 ingredients

Easy baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with my new bread oven. Can still achieve this in a regular oven without but I do love the convenience of using one bowl and the bread is amazing.

Colour WAY off

While I cannot attest to the functionality of this as I will be returning, I feel I should put a review out because the colour online and on the box make this look very cream/off white coloured when in reality it is VERY blue/grey.
Additionally, I can tell the returns process is going to be difficult as my email does not show up on their online returns so I have to submit an online query which can take 5 business days (due to high volume) and no one is available by phone (because of training purposes).
