I’ll keep trying

Just received this bowl and used it for the first time. While baking with the lid on, the dough expanded up the side of the bowl so when I removed the bowl from the base, it tore the side of the bread off. So it wasn’t pretty, but tasted great. I’ll keep trying. Certainly isn’t as effortless as the video’s show.
my bread caused the bottom and top to be glued together after the 30 min cooking. I had to take a screw driver and hammer to it to get it separated and then some of the bread had also stuck to the sides so it all broke apart. I stuck it all back together and put back in the oven for final 10 minutes of cooking. I think it would of been pretty if the top and bottom had not glued together. This was sour dough which tends to spread out too. not sure that 30 minutes was enough to be done in the middle also. my recipe says 45 minutes not 30. I cooked 35. after the final 10 minutes without the top it is only 200 degrees inside. I'm waiting until it is 210 degrees until I take it out of the oven. I don't know whether to recommend it or not. maybe an expert bread baker could make this work. it could of had more directions. maybe parchment paper would help but not supposed to use it in an oven hotter than 425.

I made the "Everyday Artisan Bread" last night and it was a hit with the family. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cannot wait to use it again.
This will be perfect for the upcoming baking season. (Sacramento, CA. Valley) What I don't see is what material the bowl and the lid are made of? I'll assume that the lid is included, despite some confusing and conflicting verbiage in two separate sections of the text. Looking forward to some delicious loaves this winter.
This is not compatible with a mixers that have a bowl lift
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear W9gdes, The Ceramic Bread Bowl is a brand new attachment and we anticipate the Bread Bowl becoming available in the future for the bowl lift model stand mixers. Thank you for your input and we greatly appreciate your feedback.
