Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a chef and is very particular about what he uses. We previously owned a different style grill pan which he did not like so therefore never used it more than a time or two in the few years we’ve had it. As soon as my husband saw this pan he said this is exactly what I’ve wanted. And even after using it he feels the exact same way. He’s already used this more than the previous one we’ve had for a few years. This grill pan is so well made and cooks everything to perfection.

The heat distributes quite even so I’m pretty happy with that. Can tell it’s high quality and well made. This pan is durable and quite heavy so be prepared for that. It will be a great addition to the kitchen especially in the cooler season when we don’t want to use the BBQ…

Non toxic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently started an overhaul of my kitchen items. I no longer tolerate chemicals in my family's foods, products or home goods if I can find a reasonable alternative. If you preheat this pan adequately and resist flipping food before the searing is complete, the pan will release your food. Please stop using non-stick chemicals to cook. Those are "forever" chemicals and are terrible for people and the planet. Enamel cast iron is safe and cooks food beautifully. I got lovely sear marks from this grill pan. You can tell it's extremely high quality. It's heavy and durable and will last a lifetime. I love that I can put the whole pan in the oven to finish a one pan dish! I can't wait to add more photos as I make more elaborate meals!

Beautiful nonstick pan

I use mine for grilled zucchini.Came out perfect.I was a little worried because the non surf surface that it was going to not be as good As The girll pan i usually use but it was. Met, every expectation.Just wish the handles had some kind of protector on them.

Great pan for cooking steaks, and you will like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a good size for cooking steaks and sandwiches. It heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly. It works well and is worth the money. I'm just learning how to cook with this skillet, but the steaks are tasting great. I've found I need to use lower heat just enough to make the steak sizzle when it hits the skillet, but not so much as to make it cause too much smoke. This pan is quite heavy, so be prepared for that. You may need to use two hands if you don't have much strength in your hands and forearms. Cleaning isn't too hard if you let the skillet cool down until it's just a bit warm, then put in warm water and scrub it out with a cleaning brush. It may take some stout scrubbing, but if you're patient, you'll get it all out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite grilling pan. It is so easy to clean. It doesn’t scratch when cleaning it. It heats up evenly. It is heavy duty. You can grill and bake in it.

Better than a traditional cast iron skillet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to review this cast iron grill pan that I was sent to test! I LOVE this more than the cast iron skillet I already owned. First off, it is more lightweight and easier to handle with the two handles, versus a traditional single handle. My husband used it to grill tilapia and it came out juicy on the inside, with the best crispy golden layer on the outside. I have never liked fish so much before! It was easy enough to clean but it cannot be put in a dishwasher. Overall, I highly recommend if you like to make your own chicken or fish!
