heat distribution is absolutely wonderful. I have used it for so many things from hotdogs to steaks to bacon one of the best pans I’ve ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sturdy grill pan. It is a good size, and it cleans up quickly and super easy. You can use it on top or in the oven to cook. It holds heat and cooks food evenly. I recommend this cookware and really love this grill pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I’ve been using this grill pan everyday because it saves me so much time cleaning. Most excess burnt fat comes off with a paper towel when cool followed by a quick soapy water wash. I grilled steak and chicken cooks evenly and doesn’t stick to pan. Nice size grill pan perfect for a family of 4. The bottom has not scratched at all . I season all my Teflon pots with oil this so far is my favorite!

Best for people wanting to transition over to cast iron cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Alva Nori Grill Pan to make a variety of dishes I have to say it’s a pretty descent pan. However, I have some concerns on its durability. Although it has a triple layer scratch resistant enamel coating, after each use the enamel coating became more cloudy. Clean up was surprisingly difficult bc they say not to soak the pan or use heavy detergents. The grill grooves inside the pan are a little on the large side for my liking. It seems to have an effect on heat distribution in my opinion. I find myself reaching for my uncoated cast iron pans more. One thing I really liked about this pan was the size and the double handles on the sides for easy pick up. Another thing I like is that it’s a-little harder to burn your food due to the enamel coating. The pan seems to not soak up the cooking oils like most pans do.

I will be eager to roast some veggies while simultaneously making burgers at the same time. I am mainly impressed because I like that you can have a separate area for making other things. Pretty great!

Very beautiful and versatile pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really excited to receive this cast iron grill pan and love it at first sight. This is more than the cast iron skillet I already owned. It is study and heavy, still enough to handle with the two handles. I used it to grill salmon and steak and they came out juicy on the inside, with the best crispy golden layer on the outside. The enamel coated design with oil drainage grooves help prevent food from sticking to too much grease after frying. Cleaning is also simple to do with hand wash. Overall, I highly recommend this product for your kitchen.
