Excellent Unit

We installed this unit in our Four Seasons room in January and are pleasantly surprised at how well it heats. We’re looking forward to seeing how well it cools in the summer. Easy setup. Not sure how much condensation accumulation will need to be removed, since it can only be connected to a drain line for dehumidification.

Outstanding Air Conditioner

This was a replacement for a popular brand portable air conditioner that lost all the coolant. I decided to go with Westinghouse this time because they have a great reputation, and I'm glad that I did. This unit is really nice. Setup was straightforward and the instructions were very easy to follow. I especially like the fact that it is WIFI compatible. The app allows you to control the unit from anywhere. I also appreciate the smart feature where I can just let the unit manage the temperature for me, switching from heat to fan to air conditioning as the temperature changes. It is truly a set and forget unit. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The perfect AC/Heater

This is so amazing! Its an AC AND a Heater too! It works perfectly and is super quiet. I have a pretty big bedroom and it cools/heats my entire room quickly. To top it off, it comes with the piece needed to cover the window where the hose goes out. I love it so much and will be buying another one for my living room.

I am loving the ability of this unit to cool and keep comfortable my main living area without having to turn on the central unit and cool 3 or 4 bedrooms not being used
