Heating unit

I bought this in March used it through the summer air conditioner worked off on always had a full tank even though it was drained by two hoses. Now my heating unit is not working correctly. Today’s 6 December no heat. I called two different numbers for support. Waited online 15 minutes never spoke with anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heat doesn’t work too well

Having issues with heating mode. I have it on my my enclosed back porch but won’t heat too well even with temperature set at 81 degrees

I purchased this for my mother-in-law who moved in with us, the room she made into her living area is above the garage so it's hotter in the summer and colder in the winter even with the HVAC unit and vents. Now she can have her room as hot or cold as she likes.
