condenser trouble after 3 months

I was very pleased with this AC unit, until it decided to quit in the heat of July. The fan blows air but not necessarily cold air. Feels and sounds like the condenser isn't kicking on . Every morning, I have to unplug it, let it sit an hour or so, then plug it back in and hope for the best. I haven't found any info for that in that manual. The filters have been cleaned, the tiny amount of water was drained,,, still nothing. I'll be calling the warrantee people tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product in April 2025 and am very happy with its performance to date. Born in the 1950's and growing up in New Jersey (now retired), my parents always selected Westinghouse products which had an influence on my buying decision in choosing the Westinghouse brand if available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works great and it was easy to hook up. It’s a little heavy since it’s the larger BTU rating but it heats and cools well.

Went to use the heating unit and had to empty the tank every 2 hours had a hose connected for the air conditioner to drain put I still have to empty a tank. Not sure what is happening. NOT HAPPY

Exactly what we needed

I bought this a little over a month ago to replace a broken portable A/C with heat pump and I'm glad I did! This one is smaller than the last one and has more BTU. We use this to help with keeping the main level of our home, approximately 1000 square feet cooler or warmer to reduce the need for using propane heat. It does a good job of keeping it comfortable. Setup was quick and easy. I really like being able to connect to it and use my phone to control it
