Great machine

Portable air conditioner is very easy to put together and very easy to operate. It’s quiet for a portable air conditioner, not cheaply made. Like how it has two options for drainage as soon as the machine was operating, it was getting cool in the room already

Do not buy, poor engineering, the part that is called Heat outlet hits the window sill so the window panels don't sit correctly in the window, causing air leaks.It says that it is portable but it is not. It has to sit next to a window at all times. You should buy a window unit because this unit has to have the condensation emptied every so often and the window units leaks their condensation out on the ground.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features especially the WiFi

I purchased 5 days ago and already a benefit to me and my family. We are able to set the air while away and adjust as we need so we can come home to a cool place.

Easy assembly

I am a senior and will be using this portable ac unit on my 3-season room. Assembly was a easy process and instructions were easy to follow. I love that the air flow on this unit because of the many options. I chose the flow towards the ceiling on a slight angle away from the seating area, so you don't get a blast of air in your face or body. I used it yesterday and was amazed on the low noise level. Best portable ac unit I have ever purchased.

Just got, everything went easy except for attaching the hose to inlet and outlet, it wouldn’t turn in like it said, had to push and pull it in. So far ac is running good but the unit seems to get hot. Will see!!
