Will not last long!

There are always problems with recharging this device and will just suddenly not turn on. Too hard to charge as it is magnetic, any little piece of dirt or fluff will stop the recharge and there is no indicator to tell you if it is charging! in less than a year, this product simply stopped turning on!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Bluetooth but...

I have used Plantronics for many years and love it. After a couple of years the Voyageur series all drop calls or others can't hear me. I recently bought the new V5200. It is definitely an excellent Bluetooth but due to the design where the piece around the ear is shorter, after awhile it hurts my ear. This is not happen with the older model. I can see why they shortened it, because the longer one splits. Oh will it's still the best out there for my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

...but after having two units crap out in 5 years I WON'T be buying a 3rd. You should invest yout money in an alternative product.

Continous disconnect and reconnection, but love it

I am on the 4 version of this device, because of its style and ease of use, I have even got my girlfriend hook on using it, however the long term use has gotten worse over the years of development, the connections are sparadic it goes on and off even in open area, although the service is clear and crisp the continuous dropping and reconnection has become annoying, I want to replace the one I have but is hesitant because the last three devices I have bought seem to only last for 1 year, the first one lasted for 3 years but I lost it in the winter, it was so comfy I didn't know when if fell out of my ear, I am on the road a lot and it so good when not is the car, but the connection issue is annoying and unacceptable for the cost of these units.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my 3 one and they keep.breaking same.spot not sure why so not sure what to do no more bought one 4 months ago and broke same spot again not like I pitched them everywere or anything I'm a plumber is always on my hear just the rubber melts off and breakes at the loop
