Not worth the money

My third humidifier just broke. It works well when it works. It’s very inconvenient to keep returning these units. Also, I see a big change in the customer service. They will not extend my warranty so I eventually will not be able to return the unit when it breaks. It tends to last until the first or second cleaning cycle, then stops humidifiying. Very disappointed. I only gave it 1 star because it works well at first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally a humidifier that works!

I had another air purifier that I was happy with, but could never find a humidifier that worked well and was easy to clean. This does both and does it well. It doesn't spray a mist that leaves damp spots on the floor. I love the auto function. My skin is less dry and my blankets don't stick together. I can pet my cat without shocking him with static. I'm not a fan of the gold-tone color, but I love this device. I got rid of my other air purifier because now I have one appliance that does it all.

What a life changing technology! I can’t live without it. The humidifier is absolutely must! We had just the air purifier first but got this one and truly in love

I would suggest keeping the box purifier came in in case you have to send it back. Also did not receive any cleaning solution with new replacement

Everything is awesome except for humidifier

I bought this about a month ago and I really like everything about it except the humidifying feature. It really doesnt keep up. My house and room is very dry. Maybe I’m expecting too much? But I can barely get the humidity to 30% while this thing is running at max

This humidifier has a known defect and recall!!

I bought this humidifier from a store in Los Angeles, CA. Within a month it forced me to do its deep clean cycle, a scheduled one hour maintenance procedure. It doesn't complete the procedure (freezes, resets, etc.) and it doesn't work without the procedure done, so it basically bricks the device. Had it for about a month. Normal household use. Highly disappointed for having paid so much money for this trash.

Not sure why I bought this

I’ve read about humidifiers & their benefits so I decided to give a try, since I love my Dyson vacuum I decided to stick with them on this. But honestly I do not see what difference it makes having it. The only thing it’s changed is adding something else for me to do as I have to change the water tank DAILY which is annoying. I will say it is designed well but not worth it AT ALL

It sounds like the unit is working great thus far, at providing sufficient humidity to your home, with how often you are needing to fill the water tank. The tank does hold about a gallon g water, and if you're using fan speed 1, the tank should empty in about 36 hours. In Auto mode, the tank can last around 15 hours, depending on current and target humidity levels in your home. Also, the Pure Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde™ is ideal for larger spaces, and it purifies, humidifies and cools the air around you. Not only does this machine automatically sense and capture allergens, pollutants and gases, but with the Cryptomic technology, it captures and destroys formaldehyde, released from household items.

Dyson seem great until the 2nd day

I bought this a couple of days ago and loved on the first day. Humidified and purifier worked great. The food smell disappeared very quickly, i had clean air and i was very happy. Until the second day and out of the blue the pump starts giving an error and dyson s system is not working..... so i have a pretty expensive buy with no results and customer service. is it worth it?
