Everything I expected and better

It is performing with excellence. I am very satisfied. It was so easy to control via my app while I was traveling away from home for 2 weeks. Came home and the air was perfect.

It's a Great Machine!

Since I purchased the humidifier, my breathing has gotten more clear, with less nasal congestion, which is probably due to nasal inflammation because particulates in the air.. This has also helped with my snoring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Kind of good

Bought it a month ago and somehow worked good. I can feel the difference in the air quality. Only cons is that it can’t make humidity level more than 37%. Been working for days and I’ve tried in auto modes and high levels of fan and humidity either way can’t make humidity much better
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to hear that thus far in your use, you've noticed that the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde™ PH04 has improved the air quality in your home. In terms of reaching a higher humidity level, the machine can reach 70% humidity, but getting to this target depends on environmental conditions like the size and ventilation of the room, and the relative humidity of the surrounding air. Even when the machine is working properly, it can naturally be harder to reach a target humidity if the air is relatively dry to begin with, if it’s an “open” environment where non-humidified air is flowing in, etc.

Do not buy!!!!

I bought this when they first came out, thought oh yeah this will be great. The machine has sat not working more than it has worked. They have a “deep clean cycle”, I can not get it to clear. The unit will run for 5-15 minutes then will say another deep clean cycle is required. It starts a 60 minute countdown, this countdown then starts and will go in 10 seconds increments and then quit counting and you have to power it off and power it back on and it will begin counting down for another 10 seconds, so you should get it now back off back on. Well the great thing is you then get through this after a few days of cutting it back on and back off, because who has time to sit in front of it for a day to cut it on and off every 10 seconds. You get it reset and started back up and it’ll run maybe 5-15 mins and will do it again. It seems to do it the second you turn the humidity up on it. I guess leave the humidity down so it doesn’t happen but what good is it if that feature doesn’t work. So I then get in touch with Dyson they send me the parts that is supposed to fix the issue. Parts get here, I’m excited I’ll finally have it where it will work. I get the parts on I unplug it and reset the unit. And you guys will not believe it, it runs for 5-10 minutes andddddd you guessed it another deep clean cycle. I have had it since last Christmas so right at a year and I would rather sit a box fan with a filter and a water bowl in front of me before I ever purchase another “Dyson Purifier Humidity+ Cool”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Complete Garbage

I have had over 5 machine replacements sent to me during my warranty time period. Do not waist your time on these Dyson air purifiers, they are not quiet, the humidifier stops working. This was a complete waist of my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
