These filters I bought arent the size as advertised. I ordered the 20x25x4 and theyre not that size. I havent taken the time to measure them but the filter I removed which is listed as the same size as the ones I bought from filter buy, fits snugly into the furnace while the new ones seem like theyre only 3 inches thick leaving a lot of room for debris to go around them. Waste of money !

Screenshot ALL Chats during tthe process. They may use double talk to confuse you and trick you into buying things you want to cancel or change, especially with elderly people. .

I don't seem to be as nasally congested as I had been D/T pollen, dust and other allergens so maybe the move up to 11 is going to help with that!

Loving my new filters! Higher Merv rating than my last filters I installed, so my house is better protected against airborne pollutants, and they are working perfectly. Glad I found you guys!
