The filter supplied was not made by Honeywell. It was a substitute. It may fit in place of a Honeywell Filter but was not a Honeywell Filter. That was disappointing.

this is the second time I have purchased. I recievedan e mail to reorder.I did that and rec,d the correct sixe but not the merv11 that I got last time. That bwill be the last time I irder from you. The filters were just plain not like last time,

I would like if all filters were sealed in plastic not just the MERV 13 if I had known I would have ordered the MERV 13s. Otherwise very happy with purchase.
