Filters don't fit! Too expensive

Filters don't fit! Too expensive to ship back to you. They were supposed to be replacement filters for my Gibson furnace. Too large. I'm stuck with them.

I thought they would be thicker since they are only one grade down from hospital choice. I need to wait and see as I only just installed it days ago.

If the filter is supposed to be 20x25x5, why not make it that size? It's too big & I have to send the huge box back & I'm handicapped! Ugh!
