I purchased the same model previosly, and frankly, at initial inspectual of the new product I see an obvious difference in the quality. It is less than before. Seems flimsy and inner panels are bent on a couple of the filters.

The electrostatic filter I was replacing was 23 X 251/4. I can't tell whether there might be a slack crack on the far end of the slot it slides in. I pull it back a fraction so there is not a crack at the front of the slot. I'm trying to decide whether to pay the extra money for the exact size the electrostatic filter was. If it was you what would you do?

Conventional filters custom fit to CLEAN EFFECTS electronic filter which does not work.
