Whistling

Filter was a poor fit in an overhead return. Filter is only held in by the door, and not the sides. In addition, the filter now "whistles" while it works....

The filter I ordered was a 20255. It was larger than advertised. So it did not fit my unit. I had run the "will it fit" thing on their website. When I called to find out what was the issue. That's when I was told that the actual dimensions of the filter we're different from the advertised dimensions of the filter. So 15 minutes later I had a refund and had to shop somewhere else. But I did find it cheaper elsewhere online.... and it fit too. Lol I am sure that they do a good job for others though.

25x20x4 filter

Did not realize 25x20x4 filters do not measure 25x20x4. I thought they would be the same size as Honeywell 25x20x4 filters. The price is great but the filter does not fit.
