I have a German Shepherd and she sheds a lot. This filter I bought really works well on the hair and dust particles. I am very pleased with this number Merv 11.

Other than the fact that the custom filter size that you indicated on the email was totally wrong, every thing was fine. I had to go and check the filters that you sent. They were the correct size. You get one star because you are essentially clueless. When I order again I will order from someone else. Clearly the fact that the filters I received were the correct size was a mistake.

Very happy with my purchase. Contrary to the email asking for the review, the part where it states filters arent the most exciting product in the world, they actually are! I live and live and breathe filters. They light up my life like nothing else!! And filterbuy.com just made my whole world!! But seriously, thanks for the product. Glad to have found your website.
