At this time I cannot honestly give 5 stars. So, far the filter I installed is working great. But, it's only been about 2 weeks. I really like that I was able to get this odd ball size at a very reasonable price.

It doesn't fit in the box correctly; its in the way of the door closing. I had to play around with it for awhile. I still couldn't get the door closed properly; I had to tape top of door to keep it closed. I'm truly disappointed

I had a hard time figuring out what depth to buy (4 or 5") and they were very patient. The filters came in only a few days and are perfect. I will most definitely buy from them again the next time I need filters!

MERV 11 Replacement for Lennox 16x25x5

The filters seem to be really good quality. I was a little disappointed that both shipping boxes were smushed. I checked the filters inside both boxes and under the smushed areas each filter has dents, but I think the filters will work just fine. I appreciated everything else about the buying experience.
