I e mailed your company the day they came box came smashed n filters were also smashed i had to fix one best i could only because i needed it right away i think you should mark fragile on your boxes. Filters are nice and i will buy them again,

Good air filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to consider that this air filter does not let your a/c breathe as well as others so it takes longer for apartment to cool down and the coils can freeze up too if not enough air is passing over (which has happened to us). Overall this merv 11 air filter does what its meant to do, and that is filter the air.

Filters are not sized as labeled

The filters arrived, but are not actual size as listed, rather about 1/4" less on all dimensions, therefore the don't fit snug. This is false advertising!
