I'm disappointed in the spacing

I'm disappointed in the spacing of the pleats. The spacing is not even. I feel the quality is very low. This concerns the 2 inch filters. The 1 inch filters were fine.

Not very satisfied

I ordered six filters (1x20x25) two of them are crumpled on one side. They are not 1 inch thick, they are 7/8, a little sloppy in the slide in. I have used 3-M filters in the past and they are a full 1 inch. Not very satisfied, Lee Stewart

Pleats are inconsistent and overall looks like it was hastily made without the proper tools. But Im happy to have a filter that replaces the original without needing the plastic fingers that the aprilaire box normally requires.

There were a few spots when I unboxed them that appeared crushed a little bit. Also, there was some loose material on one edge. Ill continue to use FilterBuy for at least one more shipment since I have hard to find sizes. Its easier to order them.
