Havent had filters in long enough to really analyze BUT just looking at the filter assembly the quality is there. Knowing that, I will be more than pleased with results.Besides they are not over priced for comparable filters.

Filter fits too tight due to 4 strips on sides of filter

The filter has 2 glued foam strips one at the top and one atThe bottom of each side. I had to peel most of the foam off each strip so I could squeeze the filter in the side tracks.

Filters didn't fit, manufactured too small to fill the hole.

So I order these filters for my 10x20x1 needs. Been using other products from the big-box home improvement stores. These came, and when placed in the hole, they're so loose that they fall right out unless I shut grate. There was a HUGE gap around the edges that would a lot of unfiltered air to pass by the filter, defeating the purpose of having a filter.I'll stick to the big box stores and the brands I trust.
