Placed an order and when I received them, they didn't fit. Not FilterBuy's fault. Turns out my old filters were not true to size. I e-mailed FilterBuy and explained to them what happened. I ask if I could exchange them for a smaller size. The company amazed me when they told me to donate the filters that did not fit and they would send me out another smaller set! Seriously, who does that!? FilterBuy does and I will continue to buy from them and you should too. They stand by their promise to make things right and then to donate??? Awesome job FilterBuy!

Needed 25x20x4.....so the furnace says. Actually needed the 25 and 20 sides to be slightly short. This is working out great.

the 16 x 25 x 4 filter measured 15.5 x 24.5 x 3.5 it fit poorly in my unit, air could blow around it I am not sure why your filters are undersized. I replaced it with a Honeywell one which measures exactly as it should.
