When the filter arrived, My initial inspection revealed a filter which had about 20% of the pleats which I expected to see. Now I know why they recommend replacement every three months. While this might make some sense from an Allergy Relief standpoint, I expect to see a filter similar or identical to the base model which came with my unit when my HVAC contractor installed it this past summer.
