I received your website from the company that sold and installed our high efficiency furnace and airconditioner. I tried looking at other companies for the needed air filters and and the dimensions of their filters varied too much from the filters I bought from the company that sold me the furnace. Your filters were exactly the same size except for the thickness which is off by .0625 inches and is not a problem

I was surprised the filter did not fit. One I purchased originally from another company fit perfectly. We had to crush one side to fit. As this was unexpected, I had bought six since I have 2 air returns the same size. Very disappointed.
