On every filter the pleats were crooked, on an angle and so close together the pleats were touching. I had to return all 6 filters. Fool me once shame on you.

Very easy to order and informative regarding the MERV ratings. It would be very helpful to have information on the relative air flow of the different MERV levels in order to choose the right balance of filtration and air flow.

Believed the replacement filter I was ordering would be the same as the Ultravation filter I was replacing. The replacement filter has considerable less pleats of filter material than the ultravation filter!
