I ordered 2-12x30 also , didnt get them . Emailed you and they are supposed to be coming. Never had this problem before

Poor Packaging

The boxes for both boxes of filters was crushed & coming apart. In addition the boxes were too big for the filters and had virtually no insulating materials

The filter I received fits great. Very snug and tight. Seems like good quality. I changed to a merv 11 from merv 8 and had no noticeable decrease in air flow. I'll order another when the time comes.

This filter fits in my furnace great. Only issue I see so far will be removal. Original filter installed with new furnace has 2 tabs that open to give a place to grip for removal. New filter does not have any such thing that I can see. Will worry about it this fall.
