Really wish they were not smaller than all other filters this same size!

This is our first time ordering from this company. The filters insides seem to be thick enough, but it was disappointing to find the filter does not fit snug. We have had multiple different brands over the years and they are all the same size fitting snug in the spot they are meant for. This brand has thinner outer paper ending and it makes it just lay on the vent over and falls down on you then when you open the ceiling vent cover, rather than staying put in the ceiling hole like all the other brands have. Its brand new so we have not opinion yet on its effectiveness.

I wish that the finished size was the size asked for. The fit had air gaps that would not have been there if the size was really 20x23x5.

Missing a lot of surface area.

These filters appear to be constructed well. However, there are only a few pleats of filter media across the width of the filter. So this filter will only last about 1/3 the life of other branded filters.
