This review does not reflect your service. The story is that recently a tech came out to service our HVAC unit. I needed filters so went out to the unit to get the size from the new filter. 22x22. I ordered 6 of that size. Yesterday I changed the filter only to see that the tech had actually cut the filter to 22x20, and had slid the cut side in first. Boy was I upset! To replace, I then had to cut the new filter, purchased from your company, to fit. Just another story of people not doing the right thing for the customer. Thanks for listening!

Expected inexpensive, hope really MERV 11

If really MERV 11 (how could I tell?) great for the price. Took Long time to travel across country which I was not made aware: trucked from Alabama to CA, paper frame around had some rips, corners finished with tape like a child's Christmas wrapper (but hey, it's a dirt catcher that gets thrown away), but I would think QC would keep them looking good. So for slow delivery not reveled and so-so box/framing (but hey, for the price..) I give them 4 stars
