product does not fit tight in the register ones i purchased last time were snug these leave a gap for unfiltered air to enter system what i mean is the od is a bit to small

These filters fit perfectly. I have 2 AC units. The units hold 2 20x20x1 filters. I change them every 5 to 6 months. The price is the best. I purchased 8 or 10 filters have enough for several years.

Good response to a shipping problem

I feel OCD to mention it, but I found it disturbing that my side by side 2 in filters had vertical pleats in one and horizontal pleats in the other. I doing see that it makes any difference though. I am hoping I will have nothing to think about when my subscription brings me two new Merv 11s in 3 months.
